i was thinking about making my own wind chart, but testing in real game wud take way too long. so is there a way to calculate wind in ks calc?

uhhh
i learned that equation in grade 11 physics.. and ive stayed awake a lot of nights trying to figure out how to apply it to gb... which i could not figure out how to.

Lets look at this scenario
using turtle..
velocity = 230 (pixels/sec?)
Break down velocity into horizontal and vertical components depending on what angle you used to shoot
distance = 800pixels (1 screen)

so whats acceleration then?
Theres of course gravitational acceleration which you apply to the vertical component of your velocity
annnd the other acceleration = windstrength?


then where does power fit in?
wait wait..
power = force applied?
Force = mass * acceleration... and mass is a constant

I need mass...

If you use the toriccelli equations then you have to use different mass and gravirty to each bot... I am not going to bother explaining it now.. (It's not so simple to understand if you don't know simple physics)
But if you are intrested in it you may take a look in our 4star website (the link is at my signature) under the "Physics" section.... and you can read on wikipedia or something S:.

that physics section looks very neat xD
but i remember my ks calc spitting out a dfrnt number for nak 70 1sd, some1 double check for me plz. is it rly 3.38?
and em, i think ur missing some constants for bots like jd, lightning, grub, kal, aduka...

I didn't think they were that important (not to me anyways). If you want them:
Aduka - 348 0.275
JD - 333 0.3
Lighting - 346 0.264


And you must count from origin.. I duno what KS shows for nak 70, but what I found should be accurate.
