Well, now they aren't groups any more. They're custom profile fields. Go into My Controls, Edit Profile Information, all the way at the bottom will be a drop down box. Use that.

So, this means you can change whenever you want, or leave whenever, or whatever. This just makes the whole thing a lot less work on my part, and more work on your parts.
